About the Founder
Family Formation Group was founded by Alan Permenter, whose experience in leadership development, pastoral ministry, and family-centered teaching has shaped a practical and structured approach to helping families grow.
Through years of working with individuals, teams, and families, Alan has seen a consistent pattern: when clarity, structure, and leadership are present in the home, families become more stable, children flourish, and long-term change becomes possible.
Family Formation Group was created to make those principles accessible to more families in a clear, practical, and sustainable way.
